Source Code License Agreement

Permission to copy Sen:te Source Code (the "Source Code"), to redistribute it, and to use it for any purpose is granted, subject to the following restrictions and understandings:

1. Any copy made of the Source Code or modified versions of the Source Code must include verbatim copies of this copyright and license notice.

2. Sen:te's permission must be obtained for:
   1. any large-scale distribution of the Source Code.

   2. redistribution of the Source Code, or any parts of the Source Code, in printed form.

   3. distributing a modified version of the Source Code. Modified versions of the Source Code must also be plainly marked as such, with a suitable warning, and may not be misrepresented as being the original software.

   4. using the name Sen:te to endorse or promote products derived from the Source Code.

3. All materials developed as a consequence of the use of the Source Code shall duly acknowledge such use.

4. You may not charge a fee for the Source Code or claim that the Source Code is yours.

5. Sen:te may make changes to this license at any time. If a change is made, it immediately becomes binding upon all current resources of and subsequently added to the Source Code. Changes to the license do not, however, retroactively affect previous versions or uses of the Source Code.

6. Sen:te makes no express or implied warranty or representation of any kind with respect to the Source Code.
